Well the weather has certainly kept Tjaart on his toes since arriving in Cincinnati on Monday. On arrival at the course on Tuesday to play his practice round Mother Nature decided to throw a curveball and it poured for a couple of hours with no let up, and eventually the van der Walts had to leave the course in the late afternoon without one single ball being hit. So today it was up and 'at it', due to the fact that the Wednesday pro-am was being played Tjaart couldn't play a practice round, he did however make the most of the hot sunny weather that Wednesday brought. It was a very productive day for our favourite golfer and he ended it off with a walk around the course to make some mental notes for tomorrow's round.
Tjaart tees it up at 8h20 (ET) tomorrow and at 1.30pm (ET) on Friday, he has made one change to the bag and is experimenting with the new Titleist 910 D2 driver. He has also employed a new caddy for the week, watch this space to see how it all pans out this week at the TPC Rivers Bend golf course.
